Q:What is the normal lead time?
A:For stock products, we will send goods to you within 5-10 days after receiving your payment. For mass production, lead time is around 35 days, and longer if surface handling is required.
Q:What is your selection of shipping method?
A:For small trial order, internation express, just as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, DHL is suitable. For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.
Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We do 3 tims leakage test before packing, also we ahve our QC to control it.
Q:If any defective bottle, how do you deal with?
A:We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
